ABOUT

Terror in the Bay Film Festival was established in 2017. Each year we have showcased a wide assortment of independent horror films from around the world!

Our festival is built by filmmakers for filmmakers, and we know the hard work and dedication it takes to make a film of any genre and length. Film festival submission fees can add up very quickly, so we kept our entry fees low, and if your film is selected to play at our festival, it will automatically be considered for individual award nominations!

We are accepting films of any budget, length, and production value. Our judges treat every film equally, and will be graded honestly and fairly.

Terror in the Bay Film Festival is world renown and considered amongst many in the film industry as one of the top genre film festivals in the world!

This 4-day event will take place at the historic Paramount Theatre, which has recently changed it's name to MapleTops Paramount Entertainment Theatre, located in the downtown core of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
